Job Description

We are looking for Customer Communication Intern who will be managing our daily basis communications with our users who benefit from our cashback service while shopping online. The position entails providing solutions in a professional and positive manner to the users who require support in their interaction with our product. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Review support requests and clarify customer complaints

  • Critique customer requests and solve customer problems

  • Deliver the best solutions to the customer

  • Continue improvements and adjustments of macros/Zendesk

  • Weekly tasks based plan in Scrum


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of computer systems, email programs such as Zendesk, and

    internet navigation

  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy

  • Excellent problem solving skills and result oriented mindset

  • Strong storytelling interest

  • Working knowledge of Google Products

  • Positive approach to our users

  • Fluency in Turkish and English

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Flexible and result-oriented mindset

  • Learning fast

  • Interest towards working in a start-up

  • Experience using agile working method is preferable


  • Minimum BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
