Job Description

We are looking for Customer Communication Specialist/ Jr managing daily/weekly communication with a positive approach to customers who are online shoppers using our service through our web site or other tools and products such as app and extensions. The position entails providing solutions in a very proffesional manner to those customers who are requireing support in their interaction with our product. Additionally it entails improving communication KPI`s within our owned channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review support requests and clarify customer complaints
  • Critique customer requests and solve customer problems
  • Daily examine the root causes and finalize the claims
  • Deliver the best solutions to the customer
  • Interact with finance and IT team to complete the process handling
  • Continue improvements and adjusments of macros/Zendesk
  • Take result oriented follow up actions
  • Track weekly task KPI report to point out  trends in customer communication.
  • Ability to give recommendations of process improvements
  • Desgin customer communication startegy across owned channels
  • Manage internal marketing communication
  • Proofread the blog and communication materials
  • Weekly tasks based plan in Scrum

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, email programs such as Zendesk, and internet navigation
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
  • Excellent problem solving skills and result oriented mindset
  • Strong story telling interest
  • Ability to work and know how to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Being analytical, at the same time being creative
  • Working knowledge of Google Products
  • Positive approach to customers
  • Mathematics, IT, Computer Science/ Engineering, Marketing or suitable study background
  • Fluency in Turkish and English

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Authentic interest towards design and creativity
  • Flexible and result-oriented mindset
  • Learning fast
  • Interest towards working in a start-up
  • Experience using agile working method is preferable
  • Customer Service experience in the high tech/internet industry preferred

Education

Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Helsinki. The position entails creating ongoing customer acquistion campaigns through paid channels including google products and social media. You have a data driven mindset and you  will be cooperating with the marketing and  technical team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing user acquisition campaigns through paid channels
  • Working with designer for creative elements by using brand guideline
  • Using the compnay insights about KPI`s in order to optimize and scale the work
  • Launch, optimize and scale campaigns on Facebook, Google and other social platforms
  • Measure, optimize and scale the campaigns in Google and SOME channels
  • Work collobaretly with the marketing, data and design team about new contents and base plans
  • Plan and test continiuosly new, creative campaigns to acquire new customers

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Understanding digital marketing metrics and have knowledge about the area of work
  • Working knowledge of google products, social media products such as power edito
  • Result oriented mindset
  • Strong story telling/content interest
  • Being analytical, at the same time being creative
  • SEM experience in the high tech/internet industry preferred
  • Fluency in Turkish and English

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
